講座簡(jiǎn)介：The topic is whether authenticity is “learnable,” i.e., whether we can learn to come across as “my true, authentic self.” By analyzing some clips from US-politicians and international celebrities, the lecturer is to show how the business of publicly apologizing has been handled and to integrate the chosen strategies into the general problem of authenticity in crisis-management and crisis/risk-communication.
